Game Proposal doc and presentation slides finished

Me, Lukas Reeves, and Eric Lee managed to finish the game proposal document right on time before the due date. It was a little rough, but we managed to get a satisfactory document working with some changes to story, gameplay elements, and other sections. Hopefully we covered everything.

I helped set up the powerpoint through google slides in order to have something to present to Elka. I have asked the team to look over the presentation and make sure everything is in order. We may or may not divide slides to present.
